I was happy with the selection of parts available. There were a lot of different components to pick from, which made it much easier for me to put together the kind of build I had in mind instead of feeling boxed in by only a few choices. A couple of the options were a little confusing at first, and I had to slow down and double-check what I was looking at, but once I figured things out it all came together well. Overall, it was a good experience and I liked having that much flexibility

Got my PC from PCSpecialist the cable management was way cleaner than I expected. Everything inside was proper tidy, no random messy wires all over the place, which made upgrading bits way less of a hassle. Chuffed with it, not gonna lie

I had a question about my order because the info I’d seen made it sound like things would be more straightforward than they actually were. i felt a bit misled at first and sent a message thinking I probably wouldn’t hear back for a day or two.

To their credit, they replied quickly, and it was clear the person actually read what I wrote instead of sending some generic copy-paste answer. They helped sort it out and kept me updated, which made the whole situation a lot less stressful.

Everything arrived packed really safely, with no dents or damage at all. I was happy with how well it was handled, and I’d definitely order again

My PC wouldn’t boot, so I contacted support. They did talk me through the steps and got it working again the same day, which I was definitely grateful for. I just felt a little dismissed at the start, like it was being treated as user error before they really listened. Still, the issue was sorted quickly in the end.

I felt a little pressured to get something that could handle longer gaming sessions without overheating, and this ended up doing better than I expected. Even after playing for hours, the temps stay low, which was a nice surprise.

I ordered my PC from pcspecialist.co.uk and, i was surprised by how quickly it showed up. A mate of mine had told me to expect a bit of a wait with custom PCs, so I wasn’t in any rush, but I kept getting updates and it actually arrived earlier than I thought it would. It was packed properly too, so no complaints from me. Really happy with the whole delivery experience.

The PC showed up really well packed, and the build quality feels great. The cables are all neat, the case feels sturdy, and everything looks like it was put together properly. Usually with prebuilt PCs you kind of expect something to be a little off, but this one has been totally fine. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and there are no rattles, no weird noises, nothing annoying at all. Pretty much exactly what you want from a new setup

So yeah, I had a small issue with my PC a few months in and ended up using the warranty. i was expecting it to be a bit of a headache, but it was straightforward. PC came back working fine, no extra hassle, so yeah, happy with how it all went tbh.

The fans do get a little loud when I’m gaming, but it’s not awful, just something you notice. Overall, I’m happy with it. I’d probably give it 5 stars if it stayed a bit quieter under heavier use

I ordered from pcspecialist.co.uk and the tracking was decent overall. Once it started moving, it showed the different build stages clearly, so I had a good idea of what was happening. The annoying bit was the first couple of days, where it felt like nothing was changing and I kept having to check back to figure out if anything had actually started. After that, it was much easier to follow, and the delivery info was clear enough.

The PC runs fast and I haven’t had any major problems so far. There were a couple of small hiccups, but nothing too serious. I did feel a little pressured to make a decision quickly, so I’m still kind of watching how it holds up, but overall it’s been a good experience...

Ordered a custom PC from pcspecialist.co.uk i’m really pleased with how it turned out!! It actually came in cheaper than I expected for the parts I chose, and after comparing a few other places, this felt like the best mix of price and spec.

The build is neat, it runs great, and I didn’t feel like loads of unnecessary extras were being pushed on me. Delivery took a bit of time, but that’s understandable for a custom build. Overall, I’m very happy with what I got for the money!!

I’m not exactly a PC building expert, so I was expecting to get confused fast, but the configurator was super easy to use. I could swap parts around and see the price change right away, which was really helpful. I kept changing my mind like I do when I’m picking a movie to watch, but it made the whole process feel simple. It also helped me avoid messing up compatibility, which was my biggest worry. Checkout was straightforward too, no weird extra steps or anything.

I actually liked how much I could mess around with the PC build. Like, picking the case, CPU, graphics card, even the little stuff like fans… it all felt straightforward, which I wasn’t totally expecting.
